Scout Disappeared

Hello all! I am the Tigers Den Leader and we have a new Tiger who showed up in Scoutbook and then disappeared. My Cubmaster went in and deleted an old Scout at around the same time. She said the parents tell her they are getting the infinite loading circle and won’t move forward.

Can anyone please help? He has earned a lot of advancements and now Bobcat (been keeping track on paper).

have the Cubmaster look at my.scouting.org and get a BSA Number - then we can look

@TimothyAbbott if the Scouts is DA I found them and setup a sync to get them back in pack

I found his BSA # 14894978

@TimothyAbbott what are the Scouts Initials?

@TimothyAbbott yeah that scout is not registered and appears to have never been

and I do not see a scout by that name anywhere in Scoutbook

@DonovanMcNeil yes that is what is strange! He was in SB at one point in time and then disappeared. He disappeared at the same time DA was removed

Well I see every user active or deleted and by that last name I see nothing that matches up
