The award shows up on their Scouts BSA History Report but did not appear on the recent purchase order. I didn’t realize the omission until I closed the purchase order. Is there a way to reopen the PO and add the award? I tried using Legacy to reopen the PO but it took me straight to Plus. Also, even though Historic Trails appears on their History Report, the award appears as “Not Started” on their Scoutbook Plus Youth Profile (Scoutbook Plus Awards). Thank you.
@MaryHarding- there is a known issue with awards and has been reported oh not less than 50 times. Since you know you have to purchase it and it is not a restricted item just buy the patch and call it done.

No need to be sorry. It is a blanket issue with awards, but to some it isn’t always what IS an award. Make note of it and once this gets sorted out, go back and record it so the record is “complete”.
