My scouts name is incorrect in his youth account. What do I need to do to get it corrected?
@DanielDe_Pons Look in Scoutbook Plus, on your Scout’s profile page. Most likely, the preferred name is incorrect.
I have looked at it. He has my name for some reason instead of his name. Do I need to reach out to my council to get it changed?
@DanielDe_Pons Your child has your nickname (preferred name).
If you are unable to change it in Scoutbook Plus, you can ask a leader in the unit to fix it for you. If they are unable to do so, you can ask the local council to fix it.
