Scout having issue accessing his account

My son *********** cannot log into his account and receives an "invalid username or password’ error.
When he attempts to recover his user name with his email address ********** /DOB, he receives ‘No accounts were found matching the information provided’…

When he attempts to recover his password via his email address, he never receives the email…

He receives all of his other email RSVP’s without any problems so we know his email account is setup correctly.

Any help would be appreciated…

You might want to scrub identifying information and just give his BSA ID. That’s all they need to look into it.

I suggest having your son create a ID then using that to log in to Scoutbook. The system should find him when he puts in his name and DOB so the new ID will be using his existing BSA Member ID.
