A scout is listed in ScoutBook, however is not listed in the recharter roster. I’ve tried to add member on recharter page as well as on ScoutBook (even though the scout is listed there). I waited 48 hours to see if anything changed and everything remains the same. The parent is listed in both locations to recharter.

It looks like the Scout transferred from Troop 6419 to Troop 537 in May.
The Scout does not appear to be registered with your troop, and that is why she is not showing up on your troop’s official Roster at my.scouting.
I tried to transfer the scout back in Nov when she returned to 6419. The transfer doesn’t process.
