Scout incorrectly listed as family

I have a scout that is incorrectly listed as a family member. Every time I login I get the message that the relationship needs to be verified. In talking with council, they cannot seem to find the error to allow him to be disconnected from me.

His MIB is 134980734

My MIB is 134196176

Any help is appreciated.

@MarkMarinello that means that scout is Connected to you as a child in Legacy SB - you can either ignore it till it goes away - or log into Legacy Scoutbook > My Connections > uncheck the Parent box

@MarkMarinello You are connected to the Scout as a parent in Scoutbook (legacy).

  1. Log in to Scoutbook (legacy): https://scoutbook.scouting.org
  2. Go to: Administration → My Account → My Connections
  3. Click on the Scout’s name.
  4. Click on “[Scout]'s Connections”.
  5. Click on your name, and you should be able to uncheck the box as parent.
  6. Click “Update” to save.

Interestingly, he is not listed in my connections in Scoutbook legacy.
Is it possible I am connected by another MIB #?
