The Scout with BSA member number 136188510 does not appear to have a my.scouting user name.
How do I get her setup with one?
She can go to my.scouting and create an account there.
She should use her full first name and last name – not a nickname. The account creation process should try to match up with her already existing BSA member number (136188510).
