Scout leader in scout book but no in scouting.org

Greetings
I have a den leader that appears in the rooster in scout book but when I use scouting.org tool doesn’t appear in the rooster.

Need help, because this leader is taking online training and doesn’t register them

Does this leader have BSA member number 13394664?

It looks like she was dropped at recharter. She should not be on the Scoutbook adult leader roster until she is registered again.

But she paid de recharter on February 2022, she is in our recharter papaer that was summited to the council.
