Scout missing ranks

We have a Scout whose rank data is partially missing Scout BSA ID - 134667553
Scout rank shows completed in 2022
Tenderfoot shows 58% completed
Second class shows completed 2023
First class shows 47% completed
Star Scout shows completed 2024

Is there a bug that is causing this?

@JenniferReiter yeah something is off - I am syncing back the rank dates and opening a ticket on it
