Our scout was in the tool for most of the 2024-2025 season. The scout was registered under 141338767 but had to renew in Spring 2025 timeframe. We weren’t sure why the scout did not appear in the tool and have been examining it; it looks like another member ID 140739689 was created in May 2025 for the same scout. Our council admins have been able to give credit for rank requirements on 141338767, but we still cannot see the scout in the tool to approve and promote for the next year. We’re looking for the best way to handle this.
