Scout not showing up in Scoutbook P143 in AAC

I have a scout that isn’t on the Pack roster BSA ID 14437560 in Scoutbook. I can find him on the Pack my.scouting.org roster.

It’s possible I accidentally ended his membership when removing someone with a very similar name.

This is Pack 143 in Atlanta Area Council.
There is a scout with the same name - that’s just a scout another leader added to see if we could find him on our end. If the correct scout gets re-added, we’ll delete the duplicate. We reached out to Council, and they don’t know how to fix it.

@SteveFerguson yes you ended the position. I setup a sync that will bring Scout into pack late this afternoon. You can tell Council they can do the same thing using VST (Volunteer Support Tool)
