Is there an ETA to fix? How can we enter advancements for the affected scout?

BSA does not do IT ETAs - Scout can record in Handbook in the time being.

Thank you so much for your help yesterday. All but one are in SB this morning and I have added them to the den and even added back the missing advancements. The missing one is:

I have two Scouts and one adult who show reregistered in my.scouting, but dropped off our roster in Scoutbook. T550. Can you help?

134767184 - I have asked the developers to investigate because from what I can see, this Scout should not have been removed.

140802931 is affected by a known bug. We cannot say when this bug will be fixed. Watch the change log for an announcement.

On 134767184 the Scout’s father ended the Scout’s membership in T550 on 1/12/25. Since the Scout is registered in the unit, I have requested a position sync to restore his membership. I recommend having a discussion with the family to find out what happened. The Scout should be back on your roster after 4:00 PM Central or tomorrow morning at the latest.

Hi, Scout’s leadership keeps getting lapsed.

scout had membership with 2 troops last year. one primary troop and one as a “multiple membership last year”. this year only one primary troop. leadership positions are with primary T132 and scout is active. Keeps showing this message: DateEnded by SP ExpireInvalidYouthUPsCreatedinSB after 3 Month Lapse.

Started happening after charter renewal.
Please advise! Thanks!

I do not see the DateEnded message on the first MID. The rest all have it on a youth position of responsibility but not the troop membership. The field that was blank and I suspect caused these PORs to end on 1/21/25 was reset on 1/22/25 so if you restore the PORs (just remove the end date) they should not be ended again.

For the first MID, I removed the end date myself, it keeps ending it every day.
