Scout on Roster has error message on Scoutbook

I have a Scout that is on our Roster in my.scouting.org but has this error message on Scoutbook.

I have contacted our Council (7/19) but haven’t received a response. What am I missing? This new Scout just got back from summer camp and is excited to see his progress.

Thanks in advance for any help.

This is fixed. The problem was the Scout’s BSA Member ID was on his mother’s Scoutbook account.

Thank you so much. I’m able to enter all the work he has done at summer camp now.
