I am a Troop Committee Chair. Our SP+ and legacy rosters match, but the roster does not match our “send message” list of scouts (23 vs 20 scouts). Two of the missing scouts make sense (one’s membership ended, the other’s parent needs to invite him), but one of the scouts missing on the “send message” list had previously been invited by a linked parent and has a correct email address entered, and recently doublechecked. He is correctly linked to the Troop as far as I can tell. Not sure how to fix this, but look forward to your advice so we can include him on emails!

Thanks!
@ElizabethSaich scouts are only listed in Messages IF they have been invited by parents and they have logged into Scoutbook at least once verifying their email
Thank you! I was told by his mother that he had been invited by her. I will check that. I was told he recently logged in to confirm that his email address was entered correctly, but that didn’t help.
What is the BSA # (no name) of scout and we can check

I have asked the scout to confirm when he last logged in and whether he was ever able to receive SB emails, and the parent whether the invite button is still there when she logs in and looks at his page. Thanks for your help with this.
looks like the scout logged into my.scouting.org but not scoutbook.scouting.org
