Scout on Roster - No Connection possible

I have a new Cub on my roster, but in Scoutbook I am unable to assign them to a Den. I am the Cubmaster [Pack Admin]. Their account is under my “scouts not in a den”. Trying to get him into our Tiger den.

Scout’s membership is: 137397507

The error says I’m not connected to him and cannot access his account information.

@RyanPTaylor302 go to unit > roster > click your name > click admin position > click update
