Scout Parents unable to renew scout membership

@JeffreyMcKee you have another MID attached as Parent - I added it to your Manage Member ID

Go to my.scouting.org > click Manage Member ID > the ID ########1150 is attached to your Scout > make it primary > log out and then back in and you should be able to renew > I would not go to ANY Other Scouting systems in the time period > once you renewed change the Primary back to what it was

This can get your scout renewed and then work with Council or your unit leaders to get your relationship on the MID you need it on
