Scout Profile Issues

Scoutbook Using Scoutbook & Scoutbook Plus

Hi! Scoutbook Plus throws an error when we try to add one scout to a patrol. His account is not in the old Scoutbook. His BSA ID is 14154219. Any help would be appreciated.

This is for Troop 738B in NCAC; Seneca District.

Error /0/parentUserIds/0 expected type: Integer, found: Null

The Scout’s parent is BSA ID 14154220

This is a known issue.

@MatthewMorrell also the scout had some funny account issues - I do not think it solves the issue - but you might try again
