Scout Rank Award Missing

I have 3 scouts in my Den who finished all requirements, but it looks like they were somehow never approved/awarded so it’s showing them as not completing the rank and I’m unable to give it to them. Is there a way to change this so they can have their awarded rank show? Thanks.

You can either:

  1. Move the Scouts back to a Wolf den, complete the wolf rank requirements then move them back to their Bear den.
  2. Ask your Council to use Registrar Tools to enter the wolf rank.
