Pack 359. AM initials BSA ID 140782674 not showing in Scoutbook
@DonnaSword if I had to guess the Scout registered today? It takes at least 24 hours to get to Scoutbook - also council needs to fix name to capitalize it.
I’m experiencing this as well. Is there a know issue with Scoutbook? I have multiple scouts who have been dropped from rosters and Scoutbook - at least 4 different scouts across multiple dens.
@FrankClouser there is no bug - most are registration issues. Key 3 should first check my.scouting.org Roster as that is true roster. If not there the scout is not registered. If there, you can post Member ID (no name) and it can be looked at.
I did submit to council to fix name and yes he was on roster- that is where I got his ID number. Scout was put in last week, according to DE who took app to council. I will give it a day
