Scout removed from troop account

I have a scout thats membership was ended last night with the following note.
DateEnded by SP ExpireInvalidYouthUPsCreatedinSB after 90 Day Lapse

The scout is on my roster in my.scouting.org with the same BSA ID. He was readded 3 months ago with the help of someone from Scoutbook. So, I believe his information is correct.

This crap has to stop. You are ruining Scoutbook and adding unnecessary overhead to the volunteer positions, which is having adverse affects on the program. This tool is supposed to help support volunteers in a troop. This just causes chaos. The fact that “no one is home” at the BSA to help with these issues makes the whole thing untenable.

At the VERY least, any scout added or removed from the Scoutbook roster should result in a notification to the Key-3.
