Scout renewal coming to my email

I am not sure if this is the best forum, so please advise if there is a more appropriate place to post this.

I received an email from BSA a week ago addressed to (name removed by moderator) that she needed to renew her membership, and then got an email that she had renewed (below). I do not know a person by this name and do not know why my email is getting these messages. Can someone please explain/correct this?
