Scout returning to our Den but neither his Pack Leader nor his parents know his BSA#. He is also not listed in our Scout Roster. Before I +Scout, is there a way to access his BSA# and try to add him back in that way?

Check my dashboard > administration > my account > my connections. Click the scout’s name and then edit profile.
If that doesn’t work, contact your council registrar.
