Scout shows dad twice

Hello,
We have a dad in our troop that is showing up twice for some reason. He is listed twice in the Scouts profile. He shows up twice on calendar events too. One of his listings has his phone number and email address but if you look at his profile it does not have a BSA ID. His second listing is practically empty other than his BSA member ID in his profile. Used to be able to email Scoutbook support to get it resolved, looks like that is no longer an option so posting the question here. How can I get this fixed?

It sounds like he has 2 Scoutbook accounts. I have sent you a direct message so we can collect the data we need to look into it further. Click on the brown circle with the white M in the upper right corner of the forums screen.
