We have a dad in our troop that is showing up twice for some reason. He is listed twice in the Scouts profile. He shows up twice on calendar events too. One of his listings has his phone number and email address but if you look at his profile it does not have a BSA ID. His second listing is practically empty other than his BSA member ID in his profile. Used to be able to email Scoutbook support to get it resolved, looks like that is no longer an option so posting the question here. How can I get this fixed?
