I have a parent with two Scouts listed TWICE in Scoutbook. One time they’re listed with just one of their Scouts and the 2nd time they’re listed with BOTH Scouts. Where it shows that they only have ONE scout, it has “No Emails” next to their name. They said they’ve changed nothing on their end.
How do I get this fixed?

@RobertHoffman Please contact your local council and ask them to use their Registrar Tools to look up her children.
In the “Relationships” tab / section, she should be listed as parent only under her primary BSA member ID number: 135685437. They should remove her if she is listed as parent under any other BSA member numbers. Otherwise, her BSA numbers might get switched when the unit(s)'s Recharter posts, and this could result in the creation of another duplicate Scoutbook account for her.
