Hi SUAC,

I have a scout who transferred from SW Florida to Adventure West. There was some difficulty with getting the transfer done. Please confirm the scout’s Florida account was matched to the new MID 141298362 and ditto for the parent account / family relationship.

The Scout’s and father’s SB accounts were matched. I have updated the addresses in Scoutbook.

The Scout is only connected to the father in Akela or Scoutbook.
