Transfer parent lost connection to his scout


I have a parent who was transferred from Michigan to our Pack, 224 in Challenger District, CFC.

Scout: D.W. - BSA#: 137251710
Parent: B.W. - BSA#: 136946944

He said he used to be connected to his scout and was able to see all the records, but now he is not connected with his scout and he can’s see the son’s records.

I gave him the instructions on how to connect his account to his scout but he is still having trouble.

So would you please check his account and connect him to his scout?
