We have a scout who transferred from another Scout Troop into our troop. Ever since the transfer, she cannot RSVP him for events, view his advancement/profile, etc . She is getting emails from us, but that’s it. She has accepted invites, etc but continues to show as invite outstanding. Her user ID is 9267277. She should be connected to her son in Troop 152 (current troop). We’ve tried to get help through multiple paths but no luck. He’s been in our troop for almost 2 years now and she still can’t access anything. How can we get help getting the bug addressed?
Try re-setting the parent’s connection to her Scout. Here’s how:
- In Scoutbook, go to the Troop Roster page.
- Click on the Scout’s name.
- Scroll down to [Scout]'s Connections.
- Click on the parent’s name.
- Click “Update”.
See if that fixes the issue for her.
