Scout was forwarded to a unit not meeting

Scout’s application ID is 201981562. Council Office can’t reassign back to original pack. Parent declined instead of accepting change so scout is still in limbo.

Paid online how can we get this application back where it can be approved for the original unit?

@DonnaSword this is a 100% Council issue - is council does not know how to solve the issue they can submit a National Membercare ticket for help
