It looks as if there are two accounts under my name since the recharter occurred and now I cannot update advancement or give a new den leader access to both the Lions and the Tigers dens. Please help!
You have 2 my.scouting.org IDs with 2 different BSA Member IDs. The one attached to your registered position uses Google Login. It looks like you crated a new ID that uses your e-mail address.
Use the Google Login button going forward to log in to all BSA systems.

I suggest you contact your Council and have them use the Relationships tab of Registrar Tools to move your Scout from your BSA Member ID ending in 543 to your BSA Member ID ending in 971. This will prevent issues during future recharters.
Hi. I seem to possibly be having the same issue. I can login to the advancement site, but when I try to go to ScoutBook, it doesn’t show anything. The BSA number showing up isn’t mine - 13609435. I’m not sure where that even came from. My BSA number that I use is 13730929.
435 is your Scoutbook User ID that is correct - @KrystaSawle what issues are you having???
That’s not the ScoutBook user ID that I have been using. I don’t recall ever using that one. I can’t view anything on ScoutBook. Nothing is linked to that User ID. I’m the Committee Chair for my troop. I have been using the 13730929 user ID for everything. Did this happen after the re-charter went through?
@KrystaSawle ok that is fixed - I recommend that you contact your local council and ask them to use the Registrar Tools to look up your children. When they look up your children, they want to check your children’s “User Relationship” and make sure that your children are connected to you as parent with Only your correct BSA member ID number 13730929
