I have 2 scoutbook accounts and 2 BSA id numbers. When I joined as a leader, my scoutbook account under my leader name had admin abilities- I could edit the calendar, approve entries, etc. Somehow my name changed in the leader list to show my other account. Now, I do not have admin abilities in either account. I’ve tried logging in using both and I can’t do anything. I’ve been granted access from key 3 but it doesn’t work. Any ideas on how to fix it?
Post the BSA #s or Scoutbook User IDs and we can look at it @VirginiaKlingler
It looks like your council submitted a help ticket to National on your behalf, and National merged your Scoutbook accounts.
However, I do not see any Admin roles for you in Scoutbook. A Pack Admin can add them back for you.
Alternatively, one of your Key 3 (Cubmaster, Committee Chair, or Chartered Org. Rep.) or a Key 3 Delegate can grant you the functional role of Unit Advancement Chair at my.scouting, which would make you an automatic Pack Admin the following day (an overnight process needs to run).
