When I logged into Scoutbook for the first time, the profile is for another boy with the same first and last name. It shows both that child’s pack and my son’s pack and has contact info for both families.
I attempted to request support at myscouting@scouting.org, listed on this forum’s main page, but the email bounced back. Please help.
@CorinneMiller yes seems shared Names and DOB - I will get it turned in for a clean up - I am assuming you are not in Military?

No I was pretty certain they were different scouts - that was just the easiest non-identifying question to ask- maybe the 2 will meet up at a Jamboree one day
