A foster parent is trying to link to his Tiger on the Scoutbook app. Youth’s member ID is 140627552. Youth is listed in Relationships as Ward of adult. Foster parent keeps getting error message that “We couldn’t connect to this Scout.” Any suggestions?
@AndrewBatten it should not matter - I would have them try at scoutbook first - they can go to My Profile > My Connections > at top of page in RED text you can connect as parent
I have asked the developers to investigate why the Parent/Guardian connection was not made in Scoutbook since it has been made by the registrar in the Relationships tab of Registrar Tools.
