We are having an issue with the Scoutbook calendar not showing events and being unable to RSVP to events that they do see. At first we thought it was limited to the App but now I have parents reporting that even when they login to the website all they can see is a handful of Show N Sell events, but we have a full calendar thru at least December with all Den and Pack meetings and plenty of events in between. Additionally, a parent says he can only RSVP for his scouts but not himself.
For the missing events, is anyone invited?
For the parent not being able to RSVP, is the parent invited?
@CourtneySaraf- could it be as simple as the check box to show the unit/sub unit calendars
For all events, I select “Add All Invitees/Attendees” to ensure no one is missed. Is there a better way to do this?
I have all of our events to be the Family, and then I add Subunits for specific events (IE Wolves Den Meeting has Family and Wolves). So he should still see and be able to respond to his scouts events.

This is something each individual parent needs to do, correct?

Ok we did confirm that the parent has every box checked so he should see every event. So that’s not it ![]()
