Gotcha. Yea he was a leader with his older son two years ago, took a year off and now his younger son is in K. Do I need to merge those two numbers and resubmit an application?

I searched the BSA’s person database and there is no other person by that name or with the same e-mail address registered in your Council.

No, he’s not in my.scouting. The council added him into scoutbook as a committee member after he did his YPT and application. What do we need to do to get him in there? Thanks!!
The council is supposed to add them to your official roster, not Scoutbook. The leader role propagates to Scoutbook after it hits the official roster at my.scouting.org. I didn’t even realize that the councils could force add someone to Scoutbook as a leader if they don’t appear on the official roster.
I would reach out to your council registrar to find out what the adult’s actual registration status is.
