Scoutbook email not received

Our SPL sent an email and I didn’t get it. I use account and did a test to myself via scoutbook and it did work.

Also tried to change the email address and it doesn’t look like I’m able to do so.

Any ideas how to correct this? I’ve read about adding a “+1” but don’t understand.

Are you certain the SPL selected your name to receive the message?

100% certain and the same problem is happening with the cub scout unit with respect to the gmail. Do you know what the +1 solution would be?

@RichardFriesner I have seen changing a gmail to (youremail)+1@gmail fixes it - NO IDEA why.
