I get an error when trying to access individual advancement report from scoutbook. Is there a fix coming for it?
@AdamPartridge This report is working for me.
What is the Scout’s BSA member number?
(No names, please.)
I was pulling for the troop. Here is one member 134463728.
@AdamPartridge Could you try logging out of Scoutbook, then log back in?
I tried same result. I have been trying to pull report for a couple of weeks. I am trying to pull for the troop so I hit select all. And it gives me the error. I tried just some individuals and it works. Is there a reason I can’t get for entire troop?
It might be too much data.
Could you try just 1 patrol at a time?
@AdamPartridge You have at least one Scout who is no longer registered. Initials are B.J. That might be part of the problem.
I can pull all but 2, I can’t get theirs at all member 134463864 and 135556563. Can you try theirs?
I don’t know how to get the one that is no longer registered off our list. He has aged out.
@AdamPartridge put an end date on SB membership for the age out
Can you pull History reports for those 2?
They are in the same patrol - is the Patrol approved?
Yes it is approved. I checked.
@AdamPartridge I think I have seen this before.
Could you edit the patrol name and remove the apostrophe?
I don’t see where to put an end date for membership.
@AdamPartridge In Scoutbook, go to the Scout’s main page, then:
- Click on “[Scout]'s Membership”
- Under “Current Membership”, click on his current patrol or troop membership.
- Where it says: “Date Ended”, you can enter the day before his 18th birthday or the end of the charter year.
- Make sure the box is checked next to “Position Approved”.
- Click “Update” to save.
It’s after his 18th birthday. Is there another way?
@AdamPartridge The date doesn’t really matter much. You can put in whatever date.
I just made those 2 dates as suggestions.
