I am trying to enter advancement for one of our Scouts in the Troop and continue to get this error message

please provide a valid value for [“/0/userld”]

I have contacted local council and they said everything looks fine on their end as far as everything goes and does not see anything that would interfere with entering advancement for this Scout.

Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this and who I should contact to assist me with getting it fixed?

It is a Database error - you have to send an email to scoutbook.support@scouting.org with the details (Scout name, BSA #, Unit #, Council/District). Post the case number you receive back here.

In the meantime you could log in at Scoutbook.com and you might be able to complete what you need there.
