I just logged in to check to see if I am connected to my youngest yet or if my application to add being a leader for our pack has gone through. Neither had so I clicked around and was looking at the calendar on scoutbook plus, I noticed I am no longer connected to my older 2 on scoutbook plus. I went back to scoutbook and hit refresh and it is empty, no connections no troop nothing
You have multiple Member IDs (MIDs) and Scoutbook accounts. Give me a few minutes to look into this further.

Did you recently move from Crossroads of the West Council to Grand Teton Council?
No, my sons were on camp staff in Grand Tetons, which is why there is/was a crew connection for Grand Teton. We’ve been in Crossroads since 2020
I am a scoutmaster for my sons troop 314, and I was trying to get added as an assistant den leader for our pack (also 314) since my daughter is starting that this week. Someone in our unit tried approving my pack leadership yesterday and everything disappeared.
OK, your Scoutbook accounts got messed up because of your son’s being on staff in GTC. I’ll get everything fixed.
Your Scoutbook account is fixed. I also updated the data on your my.scouting.org ID to match the address in Akela (the membership DB) for your Crossroads ID.
