(Personal info removed) has joined our troop from another troop. Her mom (personal info removed) had a scoutbook account and her login was (personal info removed). When she logins with the same account, her dashboard does not have any information. We went to account and there, it asked us to change email address, but when she typed her email, it mentioned that the email already exists. I asked her to login with her gmail account and it asked her for password, which she does not remember. Later she got below error while logging into scoutbook.
