Scoutbook login switched to a random Scout

A year later this happened again. My son is logging into Scoutbook with his personal login and password. It’s pulling up another Scout. This time it’s pulling up the father of that same Scout. I am really confused. I am not sure who has access to my son’s account right now. But when my scout logs into his account, he has complete access to the info from another family and not his own.

My son’s Scoutbook account was set up and operational just fine. Suddenly he signed in today with his unique login. It is definitely his login. It now links to a completely different Scout in a completely different Troop. How do I fix this? Is there anyone I can call?

Thanks. Someone in our troop is trying to get it fixed ASAP or by Monday since it’s a weekend. I was able to get someone who may be able to help.
