Scoutbook missing data of completed rank requirements

@JamesTurner5 please talk to family as she IS currently in a Venture Crew in WLACC - does she plan to keep that membership active. it all depends on how things are fixed.

I am pretty sure you need to work with the registrar. I had to fill out a manual advancement report and she was able to enter it. Maybe just sending the AOL card scan to the registrar would be fine? You’ll have to work it with them.

Per her hparents

No she is not active in the Venture group and that can be removed. She joined that group to do dragon boat racing, and realized later she could race with a local club and didn’t need to do the venture group. So no, no venture anymore. Please remove! We had asked Western LA to remove her from that group previously, so I’m surprised the venture group was still listed.

@JamesTurner5 ok that is cleaned up - using her old account so any partials are still there. The AOL Council would have to enter. Councils rarely end or remove memberships cause that is their numbers as I understand

Ok, I see that he old and new BSA IDs are linked, but all the rank requirement dates that I entered are now gone. Also, from the work that I did over the weekend she shows that she attended various hikes, camping nights, and service hours. But she now shows no miles earned, camping nights earned or service hours. So what’s up with that. Earlier today she had miles, nights, and service hours.

@JamesTurner5 This should be fixed.

I would recommend waiting for the overnight sync to run. Check again tomorrow.

I’m not sure if this is where I ask the question, but I have a Wolf that while everything indicates that he earned Bobcat, even showing it awarded, it doesn’t reflect in his advancement profile.

@ConstanceKnie often a simple Shift + Refresh on the profile resolves this
