Scoutbook - Parent Gets "no user id" after Submitting ASM Application

Hi!
Donovan helped me with the issue below a few months ago to merge Scoutbook accounts for a parent transferring in from another council. He just submitted an application to the troop to be an ASM and he can no longer log in to Scoutbook - it just gives him the error No User Id. He is using Google log in and the original info is below since i’m not sure what his current user id would be.

We have an adult who was an ASM in a previous troop in Columbia Montour Council 504 and trying to move him to our Troop 738 in National Capital Area Council. There are 3 accounts for him in Scoutbook as a parent and none of them seem to be associated with his BSA ID, so just looking for help and guidance on what we need to do to get him set up as an ASM and clean him up in Scoutbook.

@MatthewMorrell This user should be fixed.

He should use the “Sign in with Google” button, his Google name, and Google password.
