In Scoutbook plus, it’s telling me I do not have permissions to view parent connections, despite being a key 3, and holding SM position.
Thoughts?
@MarkHolley 2 things.
- You do not need Key 3 Delegate - as SM you are a Key 3 - so that is odd - might want to end that one.
- Try an incognito window or Cache clear to see if you are hitting a cache issue.

I meant as SM I am Key 3, and I tried clearing cache. I’m not sure about the icognito window.
@MarkHolley - i have had a parent listed that way and had to provide the info for council to fix.
What browser are you using?
Is it just that one or all of them?
chrome is the browser on my computer
incognito does not work, and I can get to the parent using Scoutbook Legacy, so it’s Plus where we have the issue.
So this is a parent profile? it might be an old fake legacy one. What is the Member ID of the parent? Or what is the Scout # and the Parent Initials? (no names please)

Parent Initials - CM or TM, one is short version of the name
@MarkHolley yeah TM is an old Fake connection - that person is not in a Relationship with the Scout - They were mom as CM
This is resolved. I would refresh the page and the user is good to go now

That is a unit job - we cannot do that. In the above I just merged the parents SB Accounts.
If you need to make a relationship - Key 3 can go to SB+ > Scout Profile > click + under relationships to start the process

I believe the above number should be the one - he’s an ASM, merit badge counselor and parent, Initials are MB.
That adult is registered in 2 councils so needs both accounts.

They have issues with connecting due to this, his son as well. It’s a real issue with rank advancements and merit badge counselors.
What is the best way to work around this, and how do we delete the one not needed in our council?
Would probably be best for him to post the issue so it would be first person - as we would need more specific information to understand what they are experiencing
