Scoutbook Plus Displays Parent’s Name Instead of Correct Scout Profile Name

Scoutbook Plus is displaying the parent’s name, even though the Scout Profile shows the correct name.

Here you see Dads name twice though one is clearly a Scout the other a leader. BELOW is the scouts PROFILE which is CORRECT

@BryanTuttle1 Post the Member # (no names) of the individuals and we can take a look.

Per your request I have posted the IDs not the names

@BryanTuttle1 it looks like Dave is the Preferred/Nickname of the scout in the system

It does not look that way. The Scout’s preferred name is blank in Scout book Profile for Scout

According to the developers, please add the correct Preferred Name in the Scout’s profile in Scoutbook Plus. This will overwrite the value currently in the SB DB and populate Akela with the correct preferred name.
