I am in 3 Troops, & 1 Crew. Supposed to be MBC for 2 councils (101 and 92). I have (2) BSA IDs one in each council. Last year when I added MBC in the second council (92) it “broke” my connection with Scoutbook Legacy with my BSA ID in the other council (101). Around the same time 2 of my children changed the affiliation to which BSA ID they associated with. If I wanted to access SB Legacy and SB plus I had to use one Member ID. If I wanted to do my job as committee chair for one of the troops, I had to use the other BSA ID. I have limped along just having to log into my.scouting.org to toggle between my two different IDs depending on what task I want to perform or what I want to see. However with the permission changes that just rolled out, I am on the roster in my.scouting.org as the committee chair with a current membership (expires 2/8/2026) but if I log into Scoutbook Plus, I am missing from the roster and says I’m expired. I thought merging Member IDs was supposed to make it so the functionality was there regardless of the ID you are on. I have other leaders that are in both councils that are showing expired. Please help. How can I be on the roster in my.scouting.org but not in SB Plus? (logged in with the same BSA ID)
Preferred Primary ID: 12885081 (I want everything associated with Council 101 attached to this ID - including the Scouts)

Associated position: Committee Member (Scout in troop 12787571 - keep getting the parental permissions notification on this scout - my husband has tried to add me to him but it only lets me attach the BSA associated with the council he is not in)
Associated position: Crew Committee Member (Scout in Crew 141446834 - Same Scout as 137254767 in other council)
Secondary ID: 137254768 (associated with Council 92)
Associated position: Committee Member (Scout in troop 137254767)
MBC - (I was a MBC in 101 before I applied in 92 and then I was severed from being MBC in 101. Can I not be a MBC in both? If it is impossible to be a MBC in both councils at the same time then just leave me in 92.)

PS I “may” have another BSA ID that was created when I joined the crew but I have no idea what it is.
