Scoutbook Plus Scouter ID Issues and Registration Questions

I have a Scouter in my unit who is not showing up in ScoutBook+ correctly.

I put in a request for our Council’s registrar, noticed some modifications, but the issues have not resolved themselves, thus I fear this may be a more complicated issue or a compounded issue.

Member ID 132346818 - Council Adventure West Council 062. This appears to have been moved to our local council pending that support request. We don’t know why this Scouter ID exists.

Member ID 140711871 - Council Michigan Crossroads Council 780. This should be on our roster within Scoutbook+ as it is for both of our units within My.Scouting. Please help here.

Member ID 140921851 - Council Erie Shores Council 460. Summer camp employee.

Scoutbook+ for our one unit lists the Scouter ID ending in 51 as being on it’s official roster. Is it possible to correct this data to be the id ending in 71 (thus matching my.scouting)?

We renewed their membership at the unit level, but their end date doesn’t appear uniform (even across the same Scouter ID). Can this be examined and corrected?

@BenjaminJellema I have done what I can to fix this one, but your local council will need to use their Registrar Tools to look up her child and fix the parent / child “Relationships”. She should be listed as parent only under member ID number 140711871.

There are some other possible registration issues where it looks like she is registered in more than one position in the same unit, but your local council should be able to handle that.

I can see the Scouter within ScoutBook+ now.

I will follow up with our local council regarding the single preferred parent / child relationship (matching the same council) and the multiple positions.
