The official roster is at the Member Manager at my.scouting. If you are missing adult leaders here that are supposed to be on your official roster, then you need to contact your local council.
Units have more control over their Scoutbook roster. Also, the Member Update will add new adult leaders to your roster, but does not automatically remove them (unless an adult puts in a transfer application).
Show Adult YPT Status is part of the Feature Assistant Extension for Scoutbook. It is intended to show the YPT status for adult leaders and parents connected to the unit.
