After recharter, the roster in scoutbook does not match the new roster in my.scouting.org.
Will a load be done, or how can this be done manually?
It takes 24 to 48 hours after the recharter is posted for Scoutbook to be updated. When did your recharter post. If your charter posted more than 2 days ago, give us the BSA Member ID of a few missing Scouts and we can check their records. Please do not post any names, e-mail addresses, etc.
