Scoutbook says a scout isn't in a den and he's in a den

I’m Unit admin for Pack 2143.
I have a scout, BSA ID 140384582 who is listed as “not in a den” in Scoutbook when looking at the unit dashboard

in scoutbook plus he properly shows up in the webelos den
in scoutbook when I goto the webelos den he shows up there also (meaning he shows up twice in scoutbook)

I know his parents re-registered him a couple of days after his expiration earlier this month, so there may be a bug related to that.

He has 2 active memberships in your pack, one in a den and one not in a den. Go to his membership page and put an end date on the membership that is not in a den.

I tried. Got this when I tried to end the membership that is not in a den.
