Ive had the same gmail account linked to my scout since he was a cub. Im able to login to myscouting and it has my email address listed on my profile but it wont let me access scoutbook. Troop leaders are able to access his records though.
The database is telling me you are connected to your son and you last logged in earlier today. What happens when you log in to Scoutbook?

It finally started working. I use the [e-mail] username so the other one can be retired. Thank you
